Well there's also Iraq, Iran, Algeria maybe Libya if it gets back on its feet. Maybe the Saudis could underwrite Egyptian purchases, or Cairo could pay for some with money from sales of natural gas.

It is probably too late to keep all things under control but at least it is better late than never. Turkey has tolerated this for a very long time and almost the southern border is completely surrounded. I guess that SDF expected Turkish Army would hit Manjib firstly.
