Hillary tried to advance universal health care during the 1990s. The Republicans and the Pharmaceutical industry beat her badly. At that time I think Americans were unaware of the ramifications of the health care issues, except they complained bitterly about greedy HMO's. Ultimately she abandoned it, but soldiered on and brought children's health care to be apart of national health care. I don't think she'd continue to advance ACA. She'd go back to a single payer or universal sytem, I'd speculate. Today she'd get the social support she lacked 25 years ago.

One needs to listen carefully to the language of the arguments. First it was all these non-citizens were registered to vote. Then it was that only 2/3rd of them were actually non-citizens. Then it was they may have voted but it didn't make any difference. Hmmm.
