Disagree. If they managed to sign a peace treaty with Israel where Israel ends the occupation and the settlements, with Jerusalem shared. The Palestinians can have a prosperous state if they worked right, specially considering they'll be protected by mountains from the east and as such easier to defend against anyone coming from there.

The solution is for the people of Gaza to take Hamas & Hezbollah to task over the issue.

When the British Mandate expired, Israel declared itself an independent state, which it was entitled to do so by virtue of there being no legal objection in it's path.

Golan heights wont be returned for security reasons and Assad victory in the war is a guarantee that a peace deal with Syria wont be achieved.

west bank is a diffrent story I think that expanding settlements is not a good move but on the other hand the fatah government is pretty weak and the minute IDF leave the west bank Hamas may take over

also its an important strategic location leaving it meaning exposing the most dense populated area of Israel to possible rockets and mortar fire
