I believe friendly relations will resume, but first the world must move on to a new era. The elimination of alliances would be a good start in a better direction.
This is wishful thinking on my part, because I don’t believe humans can overcome their desire for domination, but I prefer to pretend they might.

I dream of the United Citystates of Earth, where each Citystate has a standardized border such as one whole degree of Latitude by one whole degree of Longitude.
