This is an interesting *take* on French foreign policy in our era, which has France "threatening" Russia because Russia has been helping various African countries to get the French usury network out of their countries. French banksters likes their African usury network, and Goldman-Sachs alumni Macron has his large ears perched for their every word.

Thing that ex-bankster Macron hasn't thought of is... Africa has a billion people like China. Won't they be on Russia's side now and for the next while? Aren't there millions of Africans living in French cities?

Banksters are only smart when it comes to banking (ie. usury). Letting them run foreign policy ensures ruin. And genocide. And evironmental collapse. And human extintion... eventually.

France and Russia are allies in Libya, Egypt and possibly in Syria now too. Why is he placing himself as the anti-Russian western leader? Because by doing so he forces all the others in the west to tone [him] down, thus he brings the entire anti-Russian narrative down overall and it's not him doing so but the Americans and Brits who he forces into that position. He is effectively putting the anti-Russian cheerleaders in a position of toning down their cheerleading.

I don't know if you are correct in your analysis here, but I will definitely keep this perspective in mind going forward.

Was in the past. Today both Russia & France support Haftar.

Macron is a pretty boy spitting out the lines that his bankster sponsors feed him. Just like Biden, Trudeau, and all the other pretend executives of NATOstan countries.

Macron was not following guidelines when he said that. He was being rebelious. He was told to shut up and that he does not represent NATO. This the important bit, he forced a NATO statement on the matter, he forced a US statement and the right one.
-US, GB & NATO:

-"NATO troops?"
"Forget it, shut up and mr Putin don't mind him, he had a bit too much Champagne"

Events are not static, things move around.

Good point. Yes, they do. Right now they are allied on this issue.

But this could change in seconds because of the very different geopolitical interests of Russia (sell oil) and France (steal oil).

In our age, it is a country's relationship to OIL that determines policy. Some countries - like Israel - exist only as a way for Europe to get oil at a price that Europe can afford.

But one can see how the world might soon divide into "resource-merchants" and "resource thieves."

The resource-thieves are mainly "formerly" (or soon-to-be-formerly) rich countries who have exausted their own territory's resources through hyper-consumption.
