Ukraine has continued the attacks since the FT article came out.

Also, Russia attacking energy infrastructure in NATO countries would trigger Article 5.

The Iranians have excellent anti-drone capabilities.... 2009 they not just detected a a stealth drone (Beast of Kandahar) but also to land it safely on their soil to reverse engineer it.
