@ArtAllm, Conspiracy theory much? One's gotta love the sensational phrases that you use. A few tips
  1. White was a soviet spy and his allegiance was to the USSR. That's what countries do to each other. Do you seriously think that the US had no spies in Soviet Russia. White infiltrated the deep state to pass secrets to the USSR.
  2. Stalin's practice was "Socialism in one state." He never advocated for global revolution. You are thinking of Trotsky, who Stalin rejected and ordered the assassination of.
  3. How do communists have more influence in the US, where members of the communist party are barred from serving in office, than Russia where the communist party was second in an election that was most likely rigged by the US?
  4. Stop using pronouns like Christian. They are exclusive and sensational, and you know it.
  5. There are plenty of movies about the Holodomor, Gulags and more.
  6. If Stalin was such a terrible leader, why is the third most popular Russian historical figure, with very good (+25) approval ratings in modern Russia and would get 35% of the vote if he ran for Russian leadership, and most Russians 55%-37% want the Soviet Union back (along with a large portion of the eastern bloc).
  7. The story about Darwinism in Russia is American Cold-war propaganda at best. While modern communists, in general, are very pro-science and continue to scoff at this part of Stalin's rule, the Stalin-era leadership did not "believe" in modern genetics. Most of their early trials in this area as a result were, in a modern perspective, laughable failures and they never got past chimps in this venue. Even then, race mixing is a good thing because, as a general rule, offspring are healthier (not advocating for forced race mixing, I'm just saying that interracial couples shouldn't be stigmatized).

The idea of the Russians seeing the Germans as liberators is bizarre. The same Germans who wanted to kill each and every Russian man woman and child as they thought slavs were subhuman. More fiction from ArtAllm.

Hitler had clearly planned to kill off the entire Russian population and use the land as space for Germans to move into. Hitler was in no way a liberator and he intentionally made WWII as bloody for the Russians as possible.

You guys watched too much Hollywood movies, that can damage a person's ability to think.

:D

My advise: read some serious books, like by Alexander Solzhenitsyn. His latest works are now translated into English, you can find free versions on the Internet.

Hollywood films tend to portray the Germans in a far better light than they deserve actually. The Germans wanted to exterminate every man woman and child east of Warsaw, you are peddling bullshit here. The Soviet people saw the Germans as the civilian murdering cowards that they were and they joined the Red Army and the partisan movement to kick the hun out.

Isn't China east of Warsaw? Did the Germans kill those 10 million Chinese civilians?

Likewise, Hiroshima is east of Warsaw.

Sounds like the Germans have a lot of explaining to do. Like why the Germans in the east liked Communism so much (like non-Americans) while the Western part loved America (like Americans).

The Axis powers (German: Achsenmächte, Japanese: 枢軸国 Sūjikukoku, Italian: Potenze dell'Asse), also known as the Axis and the Rome–Berlin–Tokyo Axis, were the nations that fought in World War II against the Allied forces. The Axis powers agreed on their opposition to the Allies, but did not completely coordinate their activity.

You're welcome. :)

So the Germans were allied with people that they wanted to exterminate?

This doesn't sound like a very enticing alliance for Japan. Was their version of Buddhism a factor in why they allied with a nation that wanted to exterminate them because they were east of the capital of Poland?

They were very far away from the Germans whereas they were very close to the British and Dutch empires. People tend to (quite correctly) worry about the enemies that are right next to them.

The soviets only signed the pact after they dug through every other single European power for a military treaty. Britain? "Stop trying to box in the Germans! I just signed a neutrality treaty with them!" France? "What Britain said!" The Nazi-Soviet nonaggression pact was literally Stalin's last resort. Stalin did everything to try to stop the Nazis before they could start WWII, from signing the pact, to not mobilizing until a direct invasion and declaration of war occurred.

This seems like a very convoluted "explanation" for why the Germans allied themselves with Japan and other nations that "they wanted to exterminate."

Hitler was very impressed with American history, with American eugenics, and with how many "other races" that the incoming Europeans were able to exterminate. But this doesn't mean that he wanted to exterminate "everyone east of Warsaw."

This sounds like pro-war propaganda from a Western elite that had no interest in sharing the world's resources (and euro colonies) with an upstart Germany.
