Fascism is the closets ideology to my own world view, hence my vote. Not sure I'd tell me "I'm a fascist" since it's such a loaded term it's unhelpful. But yeah, it covers my position well enough.

There is no such ideology.

A British conservative will be a constitutional monarchist that believes the Church of England should be the state religion and wants guns strictly regulated so the poor can not have them.

A Yankee conservative will be a republican who thinks monarchs are tyrants and believes in a separation of church and state wants all citizens to have the right to bear arms.

A Saudi conservative will be an absolute monarchist who believes Sunni Islam should be the state region and thinks women should be legally prevented from driving cars.

Do you see the problem? Conservative is not a political ideology, all of those people are Conservatives but all believe totally different things politically. It makes no sense as a political label, it helps no one in understand what you believe if you describe yourself as a conservative. It could mean anything.
