Hawaii has a very high chance of becoming independent but Alaska doesn't. Alaska voted for Trump and has become traditionally Republican over the years.
I actually think that New York and it's mega-region has a high chance of seceding. It could fair well on it's own without the federal government. City-states are becoming increasingly popular.
