So, a lot of minorities, mostly blacks, get affirmative action regarding which college they get into. But if they couldn't get into that college on their own, they probably won't succeed in that college. Some colleges are getting around this by making college easier for minorities. But it doesn't end there.
The next step is that people want affirmative action in the workplace. It's easier to get a job if you're from the right ethnic group. But just as with the college, if you got affirmative action for college, then affirmative action for your job, will you be able to do the job?
The end game for this can really only be one thing. The target minority groups will be at "work" but not doing the job. Other people, mostly whites and Asians, will be doing work, then giving the rewards (money and promotions) to the target ethnic groups, who will not even be doing the job. They'll literally be sitting around like a monkey in a suit pretending to work.
This can only eventually end in the "red pilling" of far more industries. Police in the US are mostly red-pilled, so are inner city school teachers, EMS and so-on. But this phenomenon can be extended to so many more people. It seems likely that this is actually going to happen and sooner or later, attitudes and tolerance for such things will have to change.

Lmao, I guarantee you no fund manager is driving an ETF based purely on spite. -- some guy out there actually believes this.
