Rethinking Climate Change. The path to a 90% emissions reduction by 2035. But is 90% reduction by 2035 enough fast enough?

My info says that 90% by 2035 is not enough fast enough. We need 100% by 2031 or even 2028.
However, the tech advances shown here will help save civilization.
That is, only if the powers that (currently) be are not allowed to slow or even block their adoption.
They are at least interesting. And, mostly totally new to me.
