My only point here is that anytime you use "oligarch" or "oligarchy" regarding the West you actually weaken your message....

The idea that there are 'Russian' oligarchs, or 'Western' oligarchs... makes no sense.

Oligarchs have no loyalty to any particular nation, and often have two or three nationalities to play around with.

Ukraine wasn't destroyed by any particular nationality of oligarchs, it was destroyed by international pariahs, and if many of these oligarch pariahs were local, it's only because they were well connected to whoever was president at the time.

The Rothschilds basically created most of the Western nations out of bankster-funded wars and genocides. What nation were they loyal to the entire time? Oh yeah, bankster nation.

Banksters are oligarchs, and the Western countries are their most eager hosts. But they have no loyalty to the West either. When ordinary Europeans starting talking and voting socialism and public banking in the 20th Century, the oligarchs had those countries destroyed. No one was spared by the oligarchs because their only loyalty is to their own mercenaries.

Tiny Moldova is the poorest country in Europe after Ukraine. Wikipedia gives us an idea why this is so:

Investigations into activities at these three banks uncovered large-scale fraud by means of fraudulent loans to business entities controlled by a Moldovan-Israeli business oligarch, Ilan Shor, of funds worth about 1 billion U.S. dollars.[76]

The large scale of the fraud compared to the size of the Moldovan economy is cited as tilting the country's politics in favour of the pro-Russian Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova.[77] In 2015, Shor was still at large, after a period of house arrest.

One billion dollars - the loot of one single oligarch - was stolen from a country of only 2 million people. Didn't this Molodvan-Israeli oligarch "care about his fellow countrymen?"
