Tax Day Tea Party 2010
Last year on April 15th 2009, millions of hardworking Americans stood in unison in over 800 protests around the country.
These protests, which became known as the Tax Day Tea Party, expressed real concerns against reckless government spending and spawned millions of Americans to get involved in their local Tea Parties which today are holding elected officials accountable.
Tea Party Patriots has been here from the very beginning. To make the first events in April 2009 a success, Tea Party Patriots built the first Tea Party website where individuals could find Tea Party events. We also helped over 1500 new groups get started by holding weekly local leadership teleconferences. Tea Party Patriot weekly local leadership teleconference meetings are still being held every Monday night and are attended by hundreds of local leaders.
Right now, Tax Day Tea Party 2010 local events are being planned in large and small communities around the country. Tea Party Patriots has created several tools to help you find a your nearest Tax Day Tea Party event.
