You can set OpenDNS to filter content, but by default, it has everything unblocked.

I strongly disagree about this censoring plan of Australia. It is our freedom to watch whatever we want. If an adult wants to watch porn, it's their choice. If kids (under 18) watch porn, well, their wrong and that shouldn't affect the whole society. This reminds me of China, which the government censors their internet, preventing overloading of rebellious thoughts that will threaten the government. Australia do not want to end up like that, let this plan go, trust me, it's great for everyone!!!

If people really want to see something they will probably get to what they want to see. You cannot censor the Internet by simply pushing a magical "censor bad stuff" button.
