IMHO it isn't the matter what are the most racist Nations, because racism, discrimination and lack of freedoms in certain parts of the world are deemed acceptable to the media and major corporations. I.e. it is the transnational enterprises who rule the nations policies.

It starts at a far lower level than race. In Africa it's based on tribalism, in the Middle East it's based on sectarianism and in Europe it's geographic.

I don't quite understand the notion that Eastern Europe is racist when a heavy majority of the populace is one ethnic group.

I just know that you always heard of racist chants at black players in soccer matches in eastern Europe.
