It did have some interesting theorys though such as the middle east uniting under one ruler after religious takeover, Russia invading the baltic states after Natos expansion eastwards and the United States launching a preemptive strike on North Koreas emergent Nuclear capability.
Interestingly enough it all ends with an Arab biological attack on Israel basically killing the majority of the population. Israel begins launching off nukes in its death throes but america steps in and attacks Isreal's launching areas with a nuclear strike rather than let it lay waste to the whole middle east.
I believe CNC: Generals is the most reallistic right now.
