Wondering another experience in seemingly fraudulent State criminal proceedings.

First seemingly tens thousands bail, though examined in hospital and released; believing absent adequate shelter and services, left; public defender said reported lost contact; alternate public defender self-proclaimed stand-in, then primary alternate public defender reportedly out; said another alternate public defender reported appearance failure.

Trial dates seem excessive given lacking services, including shelter and litigation. Seems plainly fraudulent, though prosecution has continued.

Jurisdiction seems birth subscribed. Attempted Federal removal.

Seems persons swayed in prosecution rather citizenship, more social rather than legal.

Wondering possible rectification. Extended stay hotels seem taxed, expensive, low quality.
