Singapore police force is very INCONSISTENT in punishment for offences.
E.g. Spitting on plants/ public ground= summary compounded fine of $300. http://theindependent.sg/nea-slaps-sing ... in-public/
Spitting in police officer face = 2 weeks jail (plus fine $3000 for racial slurs) https://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/ ... -cops-face .
Spitting on security guard with video camera evidence = let off with warning only.
Message: Security staff are like a dust bin or toilet sink, can spit inside any time that one wants.
Really tikam tikam (arbitrary), double standards justice in Singapore.
