They also forgot ASYLUM SEEKERS and PAEDOPHILES because they possess an extraordinary amount of carcinogens in their body and they will proliferate it to society. Middle England would not be impressed with their cancer-causing antics.

I'm not particularly into comedy - I just thought it worth looking for a list with the full links, and that forum was the one google turned up first. So, no, I haven't heard of Jason Cook. A stand-up?

I can't remember it now, but there was a site devoted to listing all the things the Daily Mail had wrongly accused the EU of doing. I'll try and find it.

Well it is for most Brits, but I continually see articles posted on here as if they're gospel.

At the moment it is quite sad that the Times Online has decided to go the pay route. This means one of my news sources is soon to be down. My RSS feeds cover BBC, Times, Independent, Guardian. But I deliberately leave the Daily Fail off it. I have to type the site if I really, really want to go there. Sometimes I want to see something funny and outrageous, whether it be the choice of story, their headlines, slant or the user comments.

I live in academia now and must choose my sources correctly, but we most definitely try to stay away from the internet for source quotes. I've been stood watching things go on round me and then the news has reported and it was just utterly wrong. Like a Wimbledon reporter who went to the wrong location, is watching a kids inter school series and decides to fake up what is happening at the intended courts based on watching a tvstream on his mobile phone!

Anyone notice when the Daily Fail gets an immigration story on it, all too frequently it gets posted over on Stormfront and then several thousand of their members come over bumping up and down the comment rankings :) If the paper handed out the list of IP's on those days it would be as useful as a leaked BNP membership list. (Speaking of which, 2% of the voters in my city in two voting areas voted BNP.........sad :( we don't even have cultural issues here with only 3% of the population classed as 'minorities')
