Nicolás Maduro, Venezuela´s incompetent dictator, claims Chávez spirit visits him in the shape of a litte White bird and chirps messages he understand using telepathy. In recent days polls have shown Maduro´s approval ratings have plummeted, even in the chavista ranks, which evidently remember Chávez as a much better ruler.

The caption says "If it´s you, send me a signal".



The bird theme is used all the time to joke about Maduro and his stupid moves



However, everybody in Venezuela knows the Cuban dictatorship stands behind Maduro, who was set up as a Cuban mole many years ago. Maduro didn´t try to hide much his subservience to Castro, he had to tone it down as the protests have increased
