We are already well into "State 1" of human overpopulation. We have had fresh water shortages around the globe for 30 years. The two demographics who are still actively "overpopulating," Hispanic and Muslim, are fleeing overpopulated home countries to go and overpopulate the countries not yet that far "gone..."
