Well based on that video, its official, the PAK-FA is going to fly rings around the F-22 and all other 5th generation aircraft, we have not seen that kind of maneuverability from any of the others. The low observability will prevent long range shots while the provision of forward looking infrared should allow detection and engagement of the raptor, ideally before the raptor can detect the PAK-FA in the x band. If such a plan holds together the main adversary for the PAK-FA will be the F-35 as only the F-35's distributed apertures will be able to detect the PAK-FA reliably.
Recent PLAN training mission (not sure if posted earlier):
The F-22 still lacks a HMDS. So an F-22 pilot can't get the most out of his HOBS missiles. The F-35 also has a better integrated sensor set up, but it is a newer aircraft. The F-22 first flew in 1997, 16 years ago now. If the PAK-FA has similar situational awareness to the F-35, HOBS missiles (this is a given as the Russians were the first to field such missiles), plus it's more capable airframe, the Russian fighter will eat raptors for breakfast.
