Sources of information on tanks / armored fighting vehicles - Politics Forum.org | PoFo

Wandering the information superhighway, he came upon the last refuge of civilization, PoFo, the only forum on the internet ...

Military vehicles, aircraft, ships, guns and other military equipment. Plus any general military discussions that don't belong elsewhere on the board.

so i've got a bit of a fixation on these things

I've got a couple books, one is a not so good book that I don't have with me right now, the other book is this:
The Encyclopedia of Tanks and Armored Fighting Vehicles

Pretty good book for what I know, covers every major nation individually and lesser nations by region. I couldn't find one vehicle missing out of the book. Includes the T-30 (106 ton american tank) that is documented almost nowhere else.

I've also hit up a few websites over time, I'll see what I can do about digging them back up.

Ahab, don't you know any online equivalent of these books? I remember seeing two Leclerc posters on the wall of my father's office, and i'd like to find information on it.

Bah, too bad i didn't take photos the day i went at his office, as there also were a few tanks in the parking.
