lol,i have found it out .it is called Mitznefet
The Mitznefet is a covering for the infantry helmet used by the Israeli Defense Forces as of 2006. It is considerably larger than the helmet, giving the impression of a militarised chef's hat, shower cap or clown's hat. The purpose of the floppy helmet cover is to break up the distinctive outline of a helmeted head and thus assist in the camouflage of the wearer.[1]

Alberta, BC, Ontario, the Prairies and Atlantic Canada should be states. Anyways, did you guys no that the Dominican Republic wanted to become a state, their President fought for it, but it was voted down in the Senate by one vote?

We also nearly annexed the Phillipinnes. As it stands we merely "eliminated the rabble" and made it a sort of protectorate., circa 25 years later than 1870.

Ironic too, in that we annexed Hawaii and a couple other south pacific holdings during the original Cuban independence movement from Spain.
