Relative to Versaille, to Brest-Litovsk or from earlier like the franko-prussian war or the various Balkan wars?

Relative to Brest-Litovsk. Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the Treaty of Brest-Litvosk punitive by a greater degree than that of the Franco-Prussian War of 1871? The Franco-Prussian War seems relevant because it involves much the same combatants and has the same context of the war being over.

The French concessions after the franco-prussian war was less, yes. I listed an assortment of "big" concessions.
