08.08.08 Who is to blame: the documents show
The following facts testify that Georgia was preparing for war against South Ossetia and Russia:
- Construction of a mortuary in the town of Gori on 260 people, which clearly exceed the needs of peace-time;
- Frequent reconnaissance flights of military aircrafts over conflict zone, which was banned by international treaties (only on 6-7 of August 2008 eight spans of Georgian aircrafts over the conflict zone were recorded);
- Georgia intensified the construction of fortifications in the conflict zone in violation of international treaties

Published documents are orders dated August 7 (2008) to commanders of the Georgian brigades which set the tasks for the forthcoming operation
