Some people consider him a folk hero, most of the world including the international community, say he is a murderous thug; I wondered if any members of the third position or far left have any views on this matter. FOr those who don't know, I will leave a description of the man.
Željko Ražnatović
17 April 1952 – 15 January 2000) was a Serbian paramilitary leader from Montenegro, who was notable for organizing and leading a paramilitary force in the Yugoslav Wars. He was on Interpol's most wanted list in the 1970s and 1980s for robberies and murders committed in a number of countries across Europe and was later indicted by the UN for crimes against humanity for his role during the Yugoslav Wars. Arkan was assassinated in 2000 before his trial.
