^ Here is a good example of what I am looking for, it is a handbook(s) of manners for those who find themselves in court or serving as a page...somewhere in this I once read you should not "fire your stern guns in the presence of your lord"...


It also lays out the duties of a chamberlain, marshall, usher, etc...
