[4] Fund Southern industrialization with land tax and continued issuance of Greenbacks
[5] Ultimately have Greenbacks replace private banknotes
[6] Require loyalty oaths for all who served in Confederate military or government
[7] Ban all Confederate political leaders from ever seeking office again

I pretty much agree with Potemkin.

Johnson is probably my least favorite president because he had a great opportunity to fix alot of the bullshit that followed, but he failed to do so.
