No, shirts weren't invented untill much later. Anyway during the Renaisance people in Western Europe rediscovered that having a willie was, under certain conditions probably not a crime, so there wasn't a terrible need for them in any case.

It was the revival of the Greek Roman Culture, the slogan was: A healthy soul lives in a healthy body.

They made also naked figures like Romans and Greeks.

There is no clear devision between enlightment and renaissance. Or?
