AI is doing great in the stock market right now possibly because the market is doing well. I am skeptical that it will last forever and AI shouldn't be confused with speed trading, if that's possible since the two are blurred. But basically AI is sometimes credited for its success due to its "intelligence" but if its only successful because they got some information before others could, it's more analogous to insider trading than it is to intellect.
