No it has not been carbon dated again, because it is a very sacred artifact for the church. It is not likely the church will allow someone to destroy the middle of the cloth to carbon date it. They only allowed the original carbon dating because the sample was taken trom the edge of the shroud where it had already been damaged.
There is other evidence that it is much older that the carbon dating, such as the Sudarium of Oviedo.

Anyway, Carbon dating has often been inaccurate and the reason assumed to be because of contamination.
