Bar Rafa'eli is widely loathed in Israel. Her draft-dodging is problematic, but what's more problematic was her voiced-up opinions against Israel. She's a very shameful, if physically attractive ambassador.
Even men who find her appealing, often say they wouldn't touch her, or if they do, would do so to humiliate and demean her. She's also not very bright, which doesn't help her image very much.
She dodged the draft, and proceeded to ridicule those who do serve, and speak ill-favorably of Israel. All are legal, of-course (she married to avoid the draft, and divorced three months later), but still viewed with great contempt in Israel, especially given her access to world press.
That's another criticism against her, though not very relevant, I think. Also, in my opinion, she looks very Jewish if you look closely enough. Imagine her with darker features, and you'll see it.
