No it doesn't. Businesses don't have to say 'we're boycotting or divesting from Israel' to do so. They don't need to advertise it. It's like when musicians claim 'scheduling conflicts' to that date they planned to play in apartheid-Israel, that's suddenly cancelled.

The BDS movement opposes illegal settlement policy in Palestinian territory, something that aligns with international law. Why/how/when is this a crime? And if so, who got punished?
Sure, but the problem is that BDS needs support of business to have any sort of an effect.
