In one hand your media says; "OMG Iran is censoring western movies" (which this claim comes from the fact that many movies are ordered to have some things changed in it before entering the market, just like China does since its not going to catch on in its original form with mainly American cultural references).
And then in the article right afterwards they complain; "OMG Iran is not having sufficient regulations so movie piracy is taking on in some place".

Yes there are music festivals and concerts, however most of the performers are either Iranians or from Asia. In matter of music Iran more towards Asia than the west. There are also international music and arts festivals and even music awards in Iran which even Israelis participate in, though 'm sure you didn't think it through before you started trying to imply 'm lying about the topic.
