You go to the sticky topic New member blog requests, and you post a reply with the title of the blog and a brief description. Then Fox splits it off into your new blog.

EDIT: Nevermind, that's just to make a member blog. I actually have no idea.

Fox, there isn't a join button in the usergroup. That's what Erebus was inquiring about.
