the ideology of the party leader is irrelevant since there is no block voting, i vote for myself as you do, therefore if we do have a leader they are basically volunteering to represent the Caucus to the Parliament, they do not decide for the Caucus. The Caucus is our own private debate club basically, with a somewhat fixed topic. The leader ought to remind everyone when a vote is coming and keep up with the goings on, but we all should really stay active on these matters in as much as the Parliament interests us. If it isn't interesting - so really it is gonna come down to who ever actually runs with the ball. It isn't as though I'm doing much anyways - I'd take the title "Club Secretary" but I'd also let RPA have it; he doesn't want it, so whatever.

Youre right btw, as a crude average I am probably a little left of you, and still at a Federal level I'd push as far right as possible. I want politics to happen within a personal range or basically not at all. The president is commander in chief not emperor, the armed forces is a defense force, not god's mercenaries. etc.

We need to expand our voting block. Can I bring real life or online friends into this game? None of them would probably want to play anyway. Is that cheating?

They need to have registered with PoFo before the PoFo parliament was created in order to be allowed to vote, so no, that's not possible. It may be good to get them to register now though, in case future PoFo parliaments have different participation requirements.

What a discriminatory limit on suffrage! For shame!

We need to vote 'Nay' on both of these:

Are you guys there? Why is the LC inactive? You guys got a seat in Parliament... :hmm: Oh well. Elections are July 12th and you guys need to sign up or you'll be exempt. I guess RPA is not playing this game anymore.

Yeah I haven't been keeping track either since we lost the majority to the left.

Gentlemen I'd like to make several motions

1. Will the SN-RF Coalition MP please be escorted out of the chambers, and as Demosthenes put it, "This thread is for internal discussion only. All other posts shall be deleted. Please respect this party's personal privacy." - the remark be stricken.

2.Is the Caucus in agreement with the platform? I motion that the Gentlemen declare there Ayes and Nays in this regard. Feel free at this point to explain Nays.

3.I motion furthermore, not contingent, unrelated to the previous motions, that the Liberty Caucus disassociate itself with the other Parliamentary bodies by either a) establishing an independent government within the imagined PofoLand. or b) pursuing a coalition with other parties to reestablish the Parliamentary movement as a hypothetical body governing RL America.

Aye (obviously).

I'm open to discussing both these options more. I like the idea, if other LCers are open to it.

Pursuant to my first motion; Will the Right Venerable Gentleman from the Communist Party please be escorted out and beaten with a stick, as the Right Venerable Gentleman himself said in his own sessions, "What are you even doing, posting in this thread, MB? Are you a member of the Liberty Caucus? I didn't think so." - and his remark be stricken. paragraph (b) of this motion, can we have armed guards posted at the chamber's entrance?
