If there's no canon asserted by the presence of a sticky (ie if this vote fails- or is fundamentally contrary to the nature of the game) then we should acknowledge that there is no canon and therefore that the sum of the game is represented by the individual players present interactions and not a system of externally regulated rules based on a fake history.
