(1) A Marxist, and only a Marxist, should be given any non-voting position, ESPECIALLY economic planning;

I disagree. In the early years of its existence, the Soviet government employed many thousands of 'bourgeois specialists' to run industry and the economy in general. These people were generally hostile to Marxism, and many had even fought in the Civil War on the side of the Whites. But the Bolsheviks had no problem with employing them and making use of their knowledge and skills. I regard Dr House in the same light; he is a 'bourgeois specialist' who has useful skills which we can use to help us build socialism.

So I could start a Communist Party and contest the next elections? What guarantee is there that my hypothetical party would not be closed down under false pretexts?

Regardless, I wish to contest the elections in January or whenever with a Communist Party I will soon create (provided the game isn't scraped away).

My objection is not to the system itself. I am unhappy about the actors (i.e. you) and the means (not by a revolution nor democratic elections, but by a trick of proceedure) which the republic was established.
