Naturally, it's fair if all government officials in China write reviews for a movie on IMDB. But is it practical, as in is it something which could co-exist with nationalism persisting, and capitalist society? Would the United States be affected by this reality of all government officials in a given country writing reviews for the same movie on IMDB?
