Open your hosts file and add a line like:

Code: Select all216.97.229.224 downloads.politicsforum.org downloads.politicsforum.org

That should fix it if you don't want to wait.

On Ubuntu it's:

I have no idea about Windows. I'm sure a Google search would bring up the information though.
