Perhaps our ancestors' genes compel IndoEuropeans to seek governmental union. Caesar, Genghiz Khan, Napoleon, Hitler and Stalin may have manifested their genetic impulse for the Brahmins' idea of Mount Meru. This is the mythic central world-mountain of governance under Brahma, Shiva and Indra, and perceived as being in the Pamirs, north of Afghanistan. It was built as Angkor Wat in Cambodia for the Jayavarman "universal ruler", from Scythian-Greek Punjab in India. The Scythian dragon ancestor is the same as the Celts', and Druids in France advised Druids in Asia Minor not to support a Syrian attack on Greeks there, 197 BCE. Early political cohesion in barbarian Europe is matched by apparent religious practice of some Brahmin teachings across north Eurasia. Wales, Scotland and England today have vestiges of the Brahmin dragon and clergy robe traditions. Is the EU doomed to success?
