I didn't phrase it as a yes / no thing. Nothing in my question would forbid 'a maybe depending on how democratic it was' or 'okay but I like anarchism better' as an answer.
If you have read Mike's proposition then you should be able to realise it is very different to the imperialistic state sponsored capitalism you (and I) abhor.
Another question then. If you do like state-socialism then how do you value Mike's Catallaxy in comparison to it. And why?
