There's a lot of talk about who will succeed David Cameron as the next tory leader and Prime Minister. Obviously, the stand out candidate is Boris Johnson, however Theresa May is more popular with the public, according to a recent poll:
Who would be best for the country and the party? Who would be a unity candidate? Personally, I would like Boris Johnson, but I wouldn't be too disappointed with Gove or May.
At one time, it seemed as though George Osborne was the obvious heir to Downing Street, but he has ruled himself out.
And does the next leader need to be someone who supports Brexit? A lot of people are suggesting that it doesn't matter whether he/she supports Brexit, but I would trust someone who wants us to leave to lead the negotiations more.
