Humanitarian aid was delivered to the village in the Syrian province of Hama. This is stated in the bulletin of the Russian Center for reconciliation in Syria, published on the website of the Russian Federation Ministry of Defense.
It is reported that low-income residents of the village in Hama province of Rabia received 400 food packages of humanitarian aid.
It is also noted that in the province of Aleppo continue the work hot food items and issuing essentials. They are organized for civilians fleeing areas of the city under the control of militants.
Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Defense of Russia has proposed to his colleagues from Japan to join the humanitarian mission in Aleppo.

Why should Japan join the 'humanitarian mission' in Aleppo? It would be much more suitable if the Shanghai Cooperation Organization took up the onus of providing humanitarian aid in Syria. Or the various other newly formed international organizations with Russia as a founding member.
