Most of the problems of Sub-Saharan Africa can be explained by a single statement. The average I.Q. of Sub-Saharan Africa is about 70.

This is the IQ of people who can barely read, but there is one proven method to enhance the IQ. Schools, there you train daily 4-8 hours, Mathematics, English...

Malnutrition is also a reason, the brain needs a lot of callories to devellope, but this is unpossible with a Basketball club children.

Commonly a society is fully developed after 3rd generation of Alphabetism

I.Q. is mostly innate. Nutrition can be a limiting factor just as in physical growth. Education does not make folks smarter, it make 'em more educated.

IQ is tested on a cultural basis and is not relevant. Your blatant racism is, Suntzu. :knife:

Bosnjak is correct in that nutrition, education, and other factors greatly increase that silly thing called IQ, which is not representative of every culture, as most IQ tests don't work when they pass cultural boundaries.

A load of bullshit trying to disguise your racism.

Is An IQ Test An Accurate Way To Measure Intelligence Or Are Mental Abilities Something You Can’t Put A Number On?
While the IQ test may give an indication of general intelligence, it can't measure the entire complexity of the human thought process. Creativity, emotional sensitivity, social understanding, and various acquired skills such as music or art, are excluded from test’s measurements of intelligence. If you’d like to get an idea of your IQ take this test, but just remember that whatever your score be, it doesn’t necessarily define how smart you really are.

Are you always so racist?

IQ tests are 'meaningless and too simplistic' claim researchers
Researchers say findings are a 'wake up call' for anyone using current tests
Comes after biggest ever study of intelligence

It will come as a relief to those who failed to shine when taking an IQ test.
After conducting the largest ever study of intelligence, researchers have found that far from indicating how clever you are, IQ testing is actually rather ‘meaningless’.
In a bid to investigate the value of IQ, scientists asked more than 100,000 participants to complete 12 tests that required planning, reasoning, memory and attention.
They also filled in a survey on their background.
They discovered that far from being down to one single factor, what is commonly regarded as intelligence is influenced by three different elements - short-term memory, reasoning, and verbal ability.
But being good at one of these factors does not mean you are going to be equally gifted at the other two.
Scientists from Canada’s Western University in Ontario, also scanned some of the participants’ brains while they undertook the tests.

‘IQ tests are pretty meaningless - if you are not good at them, all it proves is that you are not good at IQ tests.
'It does not say anything about your general intelligence.’ The majority of IQ tests were developed in the 50s and 60s when the way we thought and interacted with the world was different, said Dr Owen.

Canada’s Western University in Ontario is a source(think Canada's Harvard), and they are reporting it. Do you know what source means?

Would you like these better?

I didn't even know they had post secondary education in Canada. Good for them.

Yep, Canada has good schools(higher ranking than the US for education). My friend had a choice between Harvard and Western, and he chose Western, for his MBA(He got his Mechanical Engineering degree before he got the MBA).

You don't get degrees in those, since hockey is mandatory, and seal clubbing is just a fun hobby, to kill time.

No. It is not, since no one is suggesting some magical theory. IQ bullshit seems to be the fallback argument for the racists on this forum, however.

If Africa's persistent low performance over multiple historical epochs (going back to the ancient differentiation between civilization and savagery) is not at least partially a biological product of nature, then that leaves us with the weaker disciplinary conclusions offered up by cliodynamics, prosopography, world systems theory, etc. It's very simple logical deduction. Instead of accusing nature of being racist, we should ask ourselves if human cerebral functioning is the end-all, be-all of our existence; I take the Goethean position that it is not and there are more important things in life than a Faustian addiction to knowledge.

Trying to pin it down to one factor, when there are so many is idiocy. The low IQ theory is rubbish, and is indeed a theory that's popular among racists.

No, it isn't. Scientific knowledge is tiered, not relative. Interdisciplinary structuralism, which account for "non-racist" explanations for the historical ascent of European civilization, simply provide weaker conclusions that have been woven together out of ideological expediency.

The low IQ theory is rubbish, and is indeed a theory that's popular among racists.

Racism is irrelevant to this discussion. Calling someone a racist is not an argument. It's an attempt to enforce the ideological hegemony of anti-racism, which has no stake in this conversation anymore than it has an objective basis in reality, hence its limitations as an ideological imposition. Effectively you are trying to shame me and will not work.
