Prosthetic Conscience wrote:'Probable cause' my arse. All that shows is that Clinton's campaign was planning to attack Trump (ie paint him in as bad a light as possible). And the reply even says that if they hadn't prepared, it would have been 'half-assed'. This is what campaigns do - look for ways to attack their opponents. That doesn't mean there's "probable cause" to suspect that they made payments to people to make things up.

When they say on tape that they were paid indirectly by the Hillary for President campaign to do things--whether it is dressing up like Donald Duck, throwing eggs at female Trump supporters, or punching out male Trump supporters-- that is evidence of taking action against the law. It doesn't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt, but the fact that what they described on camera has real world corroborating events provides sufficient grounds for a case to move forward. Subpoena duces tecum allows the plaintiff to compel financial records from bank(s) or from the defendant(s). When money is involved and it's not a cash transaction, there is a good chance that there are records of similar amounts of money moving around these entities. That kind of collaboration is illegal.

That was the plan all along. Let Crooked Hillary spend all the money winning the election, I'll just sue her and then I get to be president.

Art of the deal, baby.

Wait, you're telling me that's not how it works? No, you never told me that wasn't how Bush won. Yes I was listening, I'm the best listener.

They're all rigged though, so what does it matter?

Also as of Today he is back to a -5 RCP average so it's not that bad after all.

Shes beautiful! Still cant believe Trump would sexually assault her (according to the article)
So offering a porno star money to have sex is sexual harassment?

Granted Trump judging by his character was probably coarse and not a gentleman about it. But it is not sexual harassment. These days it seems if you offend a woman it is deemed sexual harassment.

This kind of thing is stupid, cause it ruins what actual sexual harassment is and takes away legitimacy from actual victims of it. Because some prostitute was offended the way Trump offered her money to sleep with him.

And it's illegal and all your attempts of criticizing Killary cause of her husband(which is stupid in of itself) make's you a hypocrite.

A porn star is not a prostitute. Namely because porn stars do not take on Johns, they have sex with other professionals who are also paid for their acting. Both parties are paid in this situation, as well as the director/producer/cameraman/lighting/etc getting money from the venture. The comparison to prostitutes only makes sense in that they are both in sex work, but even in certain situations offering a prostitute money for sex could be sexual harassment or sexual abuse. Either way, unless it's in the context of a pornographic venture, you should not be offering women money for sex.

Sexual harassment is only a way to describe the way he committed the crime of soliciting a woman for sex.

I'm sure porn stars get offers all the time and plenty of them make some extra money that way. But if you're only questioning whether or not he was gentlemanly and proper in his attempt to hire a prostitute, then that's just pure Trump.

I don't know if that's legit, cause if there was good evidence, he would been drop out by default. We need more evidence, cause I see him being shit, but I can't really see him being pedo for few reasons being the huge risks of him being find out and not only that but losing his company and money, also the media is keen are taking things face value and out of context, so something like this the fbi should check out.
