Not really, i would say its more like there wont be an Israeli state forever, jews may continue to live among the Arabs but not as independent state.
Think about it, objectively. How many nations before in history managed to take land from the Arabs and keep it for ever ? none, not even the Persian empire.
The Arabs just like every long standing nation or group go through periods of weakness, this is one of those periods. Afterwords they usually rise up and start cleansing all hostile and occupying forces in their lands.
If neither Persians nor Romans nor Europeans or even the Mongols managed to sustain an occupation of an Arab land, jews sure wont be the exception once the Arabs wake up.
And they don't consider just the west bank their land but the entirety of Palestine as theirs, and they aren't planning to give it up. So don't get your hopes up.
Rather you should be worried about the moment the Arabs wake up and start rallying to reclaim their land.
I think its actually Golda Meir to be the first one to point to this. I don't remember how it was exactly or when but she said that she didn't sleep all night fearing the Arab armies to come or something, 'd have to search it up to get accurate what she said and when. But nevertheless, she is one of many who realize that when Arabs wake up they'll reign havoc on their enemies. I think afterword she also added pointing to Arabs that they're a sleeping nation.
Well, they're still asleep, and you shouldn't be too comfortable when they wake up.
