The answer to the question in the thread title is: it depends.

It depends on location, for example. In the southern US, conservative bigots would be the biggest threat. In Latin America, it would be conservative Catholics. In places where homosexuality is punishable by death, it would be the government.

Demographics would also be a factor. In areas where there are little or no Muslims, the greatest threat to homosexuals would be something else.

The amount of power and money that each threatening group has would also be a factor. For example, of the number of Muslims in a city was 10% but they were relatively poor and powerless, while the 5% of conservative Christians were disproportionately present in government, the conservative Christian contingent would be more likely to pass homophobic laws.

We all know that those "conservative bigots" are still much more tolerant for homosexuals than Muslims and they are much less likely to attempt to harm them

I would put significant doubt on those numbers, just based on the numbers for Lebanon.
It says only 1% think its moral in Lebanon. Lebanon literally has a gay pride week now.
The only reason that there is still no legal same sex marriage or a recognized one in Lebanon is simply because practically there is no government or atleast not an active functional one that can pass any laws with the current political status.
Even passing a contract for a waste disposal company currently cant be done. There are protests all over since over 2 years now concerning the situation because nothing is moving in the country due to the political lock in the government.

Well Lebanon is an exemption because of the many etnicities that form that country and the Muslims there dont have a dominant (more than 60%) you cant do all those things in other Arab Muslim majority countries
