It's time we acknowledged new social classes, a "social" class being distinct and more significant than an economic class. We often hear talk about class warfare; it never seems to happen, perhaps because the old class distinctions (aristocrat, bourgeoisie and laborer) hardly exist today. Calling someone a "bourgeoisie" is solely confined to barely comprehensible communist nerds; practically no one gets called an aristocrat and they wouldn't take it seriously if they were. Most people actively (and usually successfully) hide their economic class from other people and an economic class is not the same thing as a social class.

Without the many structures and social conventions that once underpinned them, the current definitions of class aren't useful to anyone, not on the left or the right. Western leftists do continue to flirt with communism but their alienation towards working peoples gives the lie to their proletarian guise; they are more likely to be pretending to be of a different economic class than anyone else. In having mostly gotten away with it, socially if not currently at the ballot box, we can only see further evidence of how fundamentally unusable the original class trifecta has become.

If early classes were defined by having to follow different rules and social conventions, new classes would also need to be defined by such things. And what is more structured and more socially conventional than the control some people have over the flow of information? People ranging from Anderson Cooper to Mark Zuckerberg, who in an allegedly robotic manner "zucks" the internet of right wing speech, are able to generate a false and weaponized reality that gets wielded by their foot soldiers against everyone who disagrees with the globalist narrative. In contrast, you have people who see things happening with their own eyes who feel compelled to disagree with globalism. Inevitably, no matter how propagandized they are, some people "take the red pill" and succumb to what their eyes are telling them. This is the new class paradigm: the Information class vs. the Perception class.

Although this "Information Class" contains more philosophical subjectivists and existentialists, this group actually follows objective values in the sense that they tell people to believe in statistics and authoritative statements, not in their own personal and subjective experiences, no matter how consistent those experiences might be and no matter how those experiences might coincide with publicly available information. In other words, they are still using objective values, only they have replaced God with PC. In contrast, you have people who philosophically follow objective values, yet they are ultimately relying upon their subjective experiences (often accumulated over decades of time) instead of on what they are told by so-called elites (e.g., members of the new Information class).

Most people still want a free discussion. They don't want to feel threatened, or get censored, or be doxxed or shadow banned for expressing their beliefs that stem from their consistent subjective experiences. Yet that is what is happening daily. This is the new class war: the Information class vs. the Perception class. One side has massive wealth and power over information, the other side has their eyes, ears and a sense of probity. If God is dead and replaced with PC, that is why the conservative is the new rebel, the new free thinker, the new heretic. The next class war is not going to be between mostly irrelevant bourgeoisie and laborer identities, it is already happening between PC and perception and I think we should name the enemy as such; as either the Information class or the PC class.
